Can You Handle the Truth?

Pastor Richard Miller - Feb. 4, 2024

In this sermon, Pastor Richard encourages us to be honest and open with God about our current struggles, frustrations, and doubts rather than pretending to be perfect. He contends that only when people are real with God, confessing their sins and voicing their complaints, can God do His best work in our lives. The pastor gives examples from Jeremiah and Job showing biblical figures questioning and arguing with God. He urges the congregation to write down their current frustrations and nail them to the cross, symbolically giving their burdens to Christ. Pastor Richard emphasizes that while we can be mad at God, He will respond and guide us back to the right path if we open our hearts to Him.
