North Strand Helping Hand is an emergency aid organization dedicated to the immediate needs of our community.

How We're helping

We are partnering with North Strand Helping Hand to provide essential pantry items for families in our community. 

We are currently collecting peanut butter and jelly. You can drop items off at the church office during business hours or during services on Sunday.

If you will be bringing in items, please observe the following rules:

  • Regular-sized items only (no bulk)
  • Non-expired items
  • Avoid glass if possible

Beach Cleanup

Our Partner

KNMBB is a community-based program to educate and empower the North Myrtle Beach community to personally improve the environment and enhance the quality of life and community pride through beautification, litter prevention, and recycling.

How We're Helping

Valorous will be picking up litter at the Main St. beach access multiple times throughout the month.

Volunteers will walk the dunes to collect litter as part of the Keep North Myrtle Beach Beautiful initiative. The typical time it takes to clean is between 30 and 90 minutes, depending on the number of volunteers.

The cleanup schedule varies depending on the season, so please sign up for the interest list, and we will send out an RSVP as cleanups are scheduled
